Our platform targets conformance with WCAG 2.1 Level AA, organised around four core principles:

All text resizes to 200% without loss of content or functionality on desktop and mobile

Skip-to-content links allow keyboard users to bypass repeated header navigation efficiently

Limitations

Known Limitations & Active Improvements

While we strive for full WCAG 2.1 AA conformance, some areas remain under active improvement:

  • Certain third-party embedded components — such as lender application forms — may have accessibility limitations outside our direct control
  • Some older PDF resources may not be fully optimised for screen readers — remediation is ongoing
  • Video content produced before 2025 may not carry full captions — all new content is captioned by default

We prioritise accessibility improvements continuously. If you encounter a barrier not listed here, please tell us — your report goes directly to our development team.

Our platform has been tested with the following assistive technologies and environments:
